Pricing and Payment
We are proud to say that we pay our cleaners a living wage. Tipping your cleaner is not required nor is it expected. If you feel that your cleaner has gone above and beyond the call of duty and you'd like to tip him or her, feel free to do so.
We accept all major credit cards as well as cash.
Your Appointment
Most of our cleaners work on holidays. In the unlikely event that no one will be available to clean your property, you will be notified several weeks in advance. We'll work with you to develop alternate cleaning time for that day.
If you have a preference for a cleaner, please let our head office know. While we can't guarantee that this particular cleaner will be available for each visit, we'll do our best to schedule this person to clean your property when he or she is available.
No, you are not required to be present for your scheduled cleaning. You'll simply have to provide us with a copy of your house key.
Warranty
Yes, we absolutely do! We are proud of the quality of the work that we delivery and are certain that you'll be happy with it. If you feel that our work has been completed in an unsatisfactory manner, contact us as soon as possible and we'll make it right.
Cleaning Supplies
No, all cleaning supplies that are required to clean your property will be provided by us.
General
Yes we are, as we carry one million dollars of general liability insurance, which covers us for such things as accidental damage, fire, and theft.
Trust and Safety
Prior to hiring, all of our cleaner undergo multiple rounds of interviews, a background check, and a criminal record check.
The house keys of our clients are safe guarded in multiple ways. On days when your house is not to be cleaned, your key will be locked up. On days when your house is scheduled to be cleaned, our cleaners must sign out your key out at the start of the day and sign it back in at the end of the day.
Yes. Our online payment system uses Stripe, which is one of the world's largest online payment processors. No critical credit card information is stored on our servers and all communication is encrypted with an SSL certificate.
